A 4th-year data science student at UCLA, hoping to make the world a better place with data.
I'm currently pursuing a degree in Data Theory with a minor in Data Science Engineering at UCLA. My journey in data science has led me to roles like data science consulting at the UCLA Library Data Science Center, where I've built tools to streamline workflows, optimized large-scale databases, and implemented machine learning models. I’m passionate about creating data-driven solutions that are efficient and impactful, and I also love contributing to open-source projects to support the tech community. Outside of work, I like to play basketball, tennis, and go to the gym. I like to go to different coffe shops and make coffe on my own. I enjoy watching sunset and eating good food with friends.
I collaborate with researchers from diverse fields, including sociology and social sciences, to leverage data science for impactful research. From building data validation tools to optimizing large-scale databases, my work supports data-driven solutions in understanding complex social issues.
I develop and optimize machine learning models, focusing on real-world applications like driving risk assessment and classification systems using tools like SVM, CNN, and time-series data. I also have experience in natural language processing and computer vision.
An age prediction model utilizing Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) trained on the UTK Face Dataset to estimate a person’s age from image data, enabling accurate insights for data analysis and personalized applications.
A lab under Dr. Willy Hugo, focusing on designing data pipelines to streamline single-cell analysis in tumor research, enabling efficient data processing and enhancing insights into cancer biology for improved personalized treatment approaches.
